WORKAROUND:

Go to Window Manager Settings (for example from the application icon on window
title bar and choose More Actions -> Window Manager Settings) -> Task Switcher.
Clear both the "Alt+`" and "Alt+~" shortcuts from the Current application
Forward and Backward keys.

On US and FI (qwerty) keyboard layouts this affects Alt+. and on SE/dvorak
layout this affects the Alt+v which is on the same keys.

Since it can be workarounded from kwin settings, does it mean that this is a
kwin bug?
