your chip(/driver combo) does not support OpenGL3 - the crash does only happen
when trying to activate it and the black windows are a separate issue?

please run (in konsole)
   kwriteconfig --file kwinrc --group Compositing --key GLCore false
then reboot (really)

If OpenGL compositing works afterwards, please
- do not try to enable GL3
- attach the output of "QT_SELECT=qt4 qdbus org.kde.kwin /KWin
supportInformation"
