In the kicker version of homerun there is not available tooltips for favorite
program icons. So when I mouseover those favorite icons I can't be sure what is
the name of the program. Small issue but I like to see it as fixed. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add kicker version of homescreen to the panel
2. Mouseover favorite icons
3. You cannot see name of the programs. Some kind of tooltips are missing.
Actual Results:  
No tooltips or program name.

Expected Results:  
Tooltips are some similar way to show program name.
