I think we are after letting max'd windows be resized in the same way as non
max'd windows - in my case left mouse-button drag of the borders - I know in a
small number of cases this is not desirable (shirt sleeves dragging on mouse
pads) but for everyone else this is a nice feature. On my pre 4.11 machine I
must have used this 20 time already today and it is very annoying not to have
it.
