I have downloaded both Krita and Krita Gemini and they both cannot start up. I
have tried several ways to solve it (with the help of online resources) but
still cannot reach a solution. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Double Click/Start Krita normally
2. Wait a while
3. Pop-up appears. 
Actual Results:  
Krita does not start at all. ) : 

Expected Results:  
Open up and finally get to use it. 

I'm sad to be unable to use Krita because I found out about it from a
youtuber-artist named "Sycra". He said many, many good things about this
application and I'm disappointed that it has an error (for me at least), right
at the beginning!
