please provide the output of "qdbus org.kde.kwin /KWin supportInformation"
(ideally with GL compositing  enabled)

Also try whether setting tearing prevention to "none" ("kcmshell4
kwincompositing", 3rd tab) and exporting KWIN_USE_BUFFER_AGE=0 has any impact.
