Should work, try "qdbus org.kde.kwin /KWin" (should pring a list of commands)
and if so finally "qdbus org.kde.kwin /KWin supportInformation"

Please leave the bug severity at "normal"
I'm sure it's "major" to you, but  a major bug would be something like "kwin
crashes on startup despite no compositing is active" or something like that.
