Just click the titlebar with the left mousebutton before clicking it with the
right.
For an activated window, i could not reproduce this (because it's no longer
impacted by the translucency effect)
If you can, there'd need to be something else (i'd have to check your settings
first)
"qdbus --session" - there's a blank, --session is a switch (that's unrelated to
this bug, though)
