Translucency effect needs to set inactive windows transparent, focus policy
must be click to focus (or long hover timeout)

Problem is that EffectWindow does not send a desktopChanged or similar to
scripting, so the alteration for the window is not canceled.
Switching VD forth and back will clear the stage.

Stupid thing.

I'll try to find an abusable signal to hook on for the window -> desktop n
condition, but we might have to extend script API in KDE4
Is that gonna cause much merging trouble?
