clear the texture the legacy way

Fredrik probably meant to say:
"Hey Thomas, get your ass up and write the kindly testing user a legacy
fallback since our assumption that fbo is supported everywhere might not hold
for stupid fglrx"  ;-)

The patch is for vanilla 4.11 - forget about the filename, re-used other file.

It forcefully uses a legacy way to clear the texture and in addition yells a
warning if generating the framebuffer actually failed. (It will actually be
many warnings in case, you want to try from konsole and when figured whether
s_fbo exists remove the debug out:
        if (!s_fbo)
            qDebug() << "MEGAFAIL: no framebuffer object support!";
before continue to use the patch.
