I'm seeing this in the input method selection list of iBus. The entries in the
combo box list look like they are disabled (grey font colour). But they really
aren't and if I click on the little arrow to the left of them, they expand and
the sub-entries are shown in proper black colour font.

For a long time, I thought something was wrong with iBus and all input methods
were disabled. It wasn't until someone told me its an oxygen display quirk that
I could click on the little arrow and select the proper input method.
