I was too impatient. It is partly reproducible. I am using DejaVu Sans font,
available outlines are (in order they are appearing in kde-gtk-config menu):
Condensed, ExtraLight, Condensed Bold, Bold, Condensed Bold Oblique, Book,
Oblique, Bold Oblique, Condensed Oblique.

If I choose, for example, ExtraLight outline, it is saved properly on reopening
font-choose menu, but if I choose Book, then outline is focused on Condensed.
Another example is Condensed Bold which is saved properly, but Bold is switched
to Condensed Bold on reopening.

Sorry, but have to reopen again.
