Changing the 10% limit may be debatable (its debatability is debatable -- due
to Joseph's point 3), but what is _COMPLETELY_ _NOT_ debatable is the
overriding necessity of addressing his point #2:  For God's sake, make error
messages actionable so folks don't have to go through Google/filter the
hits/Google cycles until they stumble across what they should have been led to
from the error message.  To that end, "Trash has reached maximum size please
clean manually" (when the trash is already empty) is completely useless.
