The popup menus grab the input in order to receive all keyboard events and
close on external clicks.

This is done by the clients, not the window manager and cannot fix for sure on
X11 (or popups could not behave as popups)

The only thing the WM could do was to "randomly" close menus, but that's of
course no option - we don't know whether the menu is wanted or malicious.

This *might* improve on wayland.
