I too am having issues with Korganizer not showing events in the correct time
zone.  In my case, I have recently moved to another time zone for work.  I
created the events using Google's calendar web interface.  The time zone is
correct in Google and each event is using the specified time zone I am in.  My
mobile devices are showing the events correctly, Korganizer is showing a 7 hour
difference from what it should be.

Reproducible, most of the time.  A few events are showing in the proper time
zone.  Most are not.
