kglobalaccel has no component.
the problem here will be the modifiers (numlock)
for a passive keygrab *every* desired combo has to be demanded, so you usually
end up taking alt+f2 and numlock+alt+f2

this will somehow fail.

try to toggle numlock off and see what happens
