I don't know if this helps, but i noticed that it usually crashes when i want
to insert a new line. I press enter at the end of a line and it crashes. When i
change an existing line it haven't crashed yet.
In the meantime I tried the current version from GIT, but it crashes like the
4.4.1 from the kubuntu repos.
