This bug concern the save incremental backup feature, with F4 key. 

1) Open an existing document, ex: 'myfile.png' containing a b&w line art
2) color it
3) press F4
4) check your files on disk

Result :
You will have on your disk myfile.png and myfile~000.png , both with the
colored (last) version. Your previous version ( b&w lineart ) was overwritten. 

Expected result :
- Colored ( latest ) version is myfile.png
- Black and white line art ( previous ) version is myfile~000.png
