This is a DISASTER for me. Please, please bring this back - it is as simple as
opening a window instead of a f------ tab!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to a webpage that opens links in "_blank"
2. click such a link (or click any link while holding down ctrl)
Actual Results:  
a new tab :'(

Expected Results:  
a new window
