Could you please run the following the commands and provide its output.

$ qdbus org.kde.nepomuk.services.nepomukfileindexer /servicecontrol shutdown

Index any one file which is supposed to normally get indexed by running
'nepomukindexer filepath'.

After this please run the following command and prove its output

$ nepomukservicestub "nepomukfileindexer".
