crashes in "m_captionFrame->setText(m_selectedWindow->caption());"

If there's no stack corruption, nor downstream padding (thus wrong code line)
m_captionFrame has been used before, what means m_selectedWindow, set by
effects->activeWindow(), is dead or rather NULL what was not checked by the
effect in 4.8.5 but is atm. (in updateCaption())

By this, likely fixed by commit 05dbefec41215806443bc3c8f008d5a8043a7041
