Edit a contact's details, change the Display name (e.g. to Custom or any of the
drop down options). Go to another tab and change something there (e.g. Location
or Personal), click OK.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Edit contact's details
2. Change display name in "Contact" tab, e.g. to Custom or to one of the drop
down options.
3. Go to another tab, e.g. Location or Personal
4. Change something there
5. Click OK.
Actual Results:  
The old display name is still there.

Expected Results:  
The value of the display name should be changed to whatever I selected.

It works if you change also some other part of the name, e.g. if you change the
Given name, and the display name changes as a result of that. The bug applies
to when you change only the display name.
