CMake Error at libkdecorations/CMakeLists.txt:10 (kde4_add_library):

is the error and this

While it's sufficient to only build kwin, it's required to run CMake on the
entire kde-workspace (it adds macros such as the one which triggered the error)

So make a build dir in kde-workspace, run "cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr
.." there and "cd build/kwin; make && sudo make install"

That should do.
