OK, what's the error? 
Can you still see it like:
 kexi(..)/KexiDB KexiDB::SQLiteConnection::loadExtension: Could not load SQLite
extension "/usr/lib/kde4/kexidb_sqlite3_icu.so" ?

If not please paste me the full text of error with details of create
screenshot.
I am asking because Kexi asks for confirmation before overwriting files.
