Thank you for your replies/suggestions.

icu and sqlite3 are both installed because they're need by kexi's dependencies.

About mysql as optional dependence, that's fine too. (as our policies allow
that).

I'll try ASAP your patch and post the results here. I know 2.4.1 is coming, so
I'll do this ASAP.
