I'm trying to reproduce for last 15 minutes in 4.8.2 and the issue in
filepicker seems gone BUT there is similar problem in okteta.

It hangs accessing timezone data over and over (according to strace and gdb).
Could anyone familiar look if there is something similar used in okteta?
