no, that's not what i'm saying.

this is fixed in libtaskmanager, but i can not vouch for any other plasmoid
that may have _different_ bugs in its code. 

moreover, libtaskmanager is not meant to be used by external parties; it does
not offer binary nor source compatibility. anything that is not a part of
thePlasmsa Workspaces proper uses it at its own risk.

so yes, i am pretty sure about what i say here.
