           Summary: Random plasma-desktop crashes
           Product: plasma
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Ubuntu Packages
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: crash
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: plasma-bugs@kde.org
        ReportedBy: antonio@noradrenaline.net

Application: plasma-desktop (0.4)
KDE Platform Version: 4.7.2 (4.7.2)
Qt Version: 4.7.4
Operating System: Linux 3.0.0-12-generic x86_64
Distribution: Ubuntu 11.10

-- Information about the crash:
- What I was doing when the application crashed:

For a while now I've been getting these seemingly random, multiple crashes with
plasma-desktop, sometimes within minutes. I can see no pattern to these
crashes, they sometimes occur when starting KDE, often when stopping KDE, and
in between with no applications running.

plasma-desktop often restarts itself, but not always, so I call it manually.

This is using KDE 4.7.2 with Kubuntu, upgraded to 11.10 oneiric, and using the
PPA kubuntu-ppa/backports for oneiric.

The crash can be reproduced some of the time.
