For the mode "Image" in "Desktop background", you can download a wallpaper from OpenDesktop.org or select a image file by a file selection dialog. But there's no way to drag files (from Konqueror, Dolphin, an internet browser, etc) to the "Desktop preferences" dialog. Also, when selecting a image file for setting a image wallpaper, you can pick just one file. For selecting multiple images in one folder, you have to do the whole proccess by each image. However, I've not tried this with another layouts (grid, newspaper, folder...) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. In the desktop background, right-click the desktop background and choose "Desktop preferences". 2. If not, choose "Desktop" as "Desktop layout" and "Image" as "Desktop background". 3. Try to drag a image file to the area containing the thumbnails of wallpapers, or 4. Pick "Open" and try to select multiple files in that file selection dialog. Actual Results: You can select just one wallpaper by the file selection dialog. You cannot drag files to the "Desktop settings" dialog. Expected Results: Ability of dragging images (one, or more) to the "Desktop settings" dialog. And ability to selecting multiple images in the file selection dialog. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.kde.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.
