what the glitch looks like

Version: 4.7 (using KDE 4.7.2)
OS: Linux

When the desktop is set to "Desktop Icons" from the Activity Manager on the
taskbar, dragging an icon creates a little visual glitch (two white lines on
top and bottom).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Set desktop mode to "Desktop Icons" from the activity manager and drag an icon.
While lines appear around the icon.

Actual Results:
The glitch described above.

Expected Results:
It should not display white lines.

I am using Intel integrated graphics. This happens on every distro I've used
with KDE so it is not an Arch specific problem.
