On opening a chat window with the contact, no messages are shown. I'm under the impression that it happens when I've talked to someone before, but the chat was closed or has been quiet for a while, but I cannot confirm this 100%. Maybe a chat can timeout, which isn't handled properly, and no new chat in started on incoming messages? I'd say this is a problem instant messengers can do without. I know for sure this happens with MSN (butterfly), I can't say about other protocols. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: New incoming chat Actual Results: Absolutely nothing Expected Results: Notification, allowing me to respond -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.kde.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.
