just move kwinrc of your old account out of the way and check whether that's

~/.kde/share/config/kwinrc -> kwinrc.flasherror
If this actually changes things, feel free to post it here as well as the one

well, yes - that's flash.
it runs in a special process, mostly because it tends to crash :P

since it's not about the compositor, i wouldn't know where the GPU + KWin +
