Check the View menu, Page Borders should be DISABLED.  With Page Borders
enabled, frame borders can be observed on the 1st page (for other pages it's a
copy shape so the border gets not displayed for some reason).

Both width and height of the frame are not set, I wonder why do we use such big
defaults.  Page numbers are still a problem.
