Did you try to use it? I successfully using patched kdm. With classic
theme. At least, this theme is set as default in gentoo distribution. And
I did this patch for myself by first. Because I can't find any other way
to use fingerprint reader for kde authorization, except using gdm for
login to kde session. But why I should use gdm if I not GNOME user?

Sorry, my english is not good for good discussion, maybe I mistaken
somewhere.

I just want to help the people wants using fingerprint-gui.
