@raffamaiden: I have a manual disability. I can double click but it is painful.
One of the great things about KDE is the single-click mode that affects all KDE
applications, from Dolphin (KDE SC) to Digikam (Independent release schedule).
If this feature requires double click then it will be in violation of the
Single Click accessibility mode. See:
System Settings -> Input Devices -> Mouse -> General (translated, but it should
be something like that)

Interestingly, this option used to be under Accessibility, but I understand why
it was moved to Mouse.
