When zooming and watching a blurred window (such as krunner or the plasma
panel), the blur "moves" when you move the mouse, instead of being static when
the window below is static.

The attached screenshot shows the problem clearly.

Running nvidia 32bit drivers, 256.40, on a 9800GT.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Zoom, and watch a blurred window.
