I am experiencimg a similar problem

my setup:
archlinux, kde 4.5.5, rekonq is built from todays git

when i type into the urlbar using a webshortcut slowly everything works fine.
But when i type really fast rekonq crashes. I can reproduce this everytime. My
webshortcuts use space, e.g. "g rekonq bugs". I build rekonq every few days and
am experiencing this problem since a while. Deleting
.kde4/share/config/rekonqrc and apps/rekonq doesnt help.
