Similar problems in 4.5.80 (4.6 Beta1).

The location of the sent mail folder is on the Advanced tab when editing
Identities rather than on the Account editing window.

This seems wrong headed, as folder structure depend on and is specific to
accounts, not identities.  The idea that you might want to run multiple
identities out of one mailbox seems obsolete in this age where a new free email
account can be set up in 39 seconds flat at any number of email providers.
