KDE 4.5.x normally includes KAlarm version 2.4.x, which doesn't have the fix
(the fix was implemented in KAlarm version 2.5.0). The fix is not likely to be
issued as part of KDE until KDE 4.6 which is due out in the new year. To get
the fixed version now, download KAlarm from the KAlarm website.
