Thanks, I looking forward to new release, pleas inform about news :)

And one more idea: via pactl command in sinks I see the "Base Volume" value for
each sink. Maybe we can change via api this volume to 0% and 100% without
breaking per-channel setup? 

But I can't found the way to change it via pactl to check.
