The dialog in 2.x doesn't show the units. The call to enable the units to be
shown is missing in the code, I guess.
The method is KoPageLayoutWidget::showUnitchooser(bool).
If KPresenter is using the KoPageLayoutDialog then a similar method should be
added there (which just calls the one on the widget).
