Maurel, I haven't tried your patch, but one question after about your approach
and looking at the source: how well does this work behind NAT?

If an upstream router, the one with a public IP, changes that IP, then a client
computer's connections behind that router's NAT (with a non-routable IP
address) will all still be invalid. The client computer's non-routable IP
address does not change so none of the code added by this patch will catch this
situation.

Correct me if wrong, but this patch won't catch such a situation?
