Summary: White screen a lot of times after standby
           Product: kwin
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Debian unstable
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: major
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kwin@kde.org
        ReportedBy: saulotoledo@gmail.com

Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.4.5)
OS: Linux

I have a netbook EEE-PC 1005-HA.
If the netbook enter standby because I'm away, when I back from standby the
screen sporadically becomes white. I need use the key "Fn + F1" to put the PC
standby again and back to normal mode, but it's annoying and I lost my
downloads, for example!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Open KDE and let the PC enter standby alone.
2) Back from standby.
3) start working at PC, sporadically the screen will change to white.

4) The only way to back is force a new standby and back from it or shutdown the
PC.

Actual Results:
Annoying and I can lost data.

Expected Results:
No white screen.
