I rebuilt the Fedora RPMs with this patch applied and it doesn't seem to make a
difference.
After running in dual head mode and adding a panel to the second display,
moving to a single head setup caused the panels to be "stacked" on the first
display. The panels remained stacked on the first display after moving back to
a dual head setup.
