SVN commit 1111174 by mwolff:

fix implementation of operator== in ModificationRevisionSet, that was totally
broken
and explains why some caches (I saw it in the includepathresolver) didn't apply
at all, wonder how this could have slipped so long...

Now that the cache applies, Custom Make Manager projects are much faster to
parse since the cached results per directory
apply, and make doesn't have to be called once for every file.
