Summary: Using web shortcuts like firefox does
           Product: konqueror
           Version: 4.4.0
          Platform: Ubuntu Packages
        OS/Version: unspecified
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: konq-bugs@kde.org
        ReportedBy: andreas@pietzowski.de

Version: (using KDE 4.4.0)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

Web shortcuts in firefox have to be followed by a space. Konqeror requires a
colon after the web shortcut. This makes it really hard to use the two browsers
alternately.

Is there a good reason why Konqueror has a different approach? I know Konqueror
has this feature first IIRC but why don't implement the Firefox way because
this browser is more wide spread?
