For some reason, all your windows, including the full screen one, are being
reported as being on the first screen, which is why the KAlarm window is
appearing on screen 2. Could you please say what method you used to configure
multiple screens. Do you use Xinerama, for example? It looks as if the KDE
libraries may not cater properly for the multiple head setup which you have.
