Some things have improved, some not. Here is scenario :

- I have ~6000 operations in one account.
- I select the first half, and update the currency to FRF. This is now working.
- I select the second half, and update the currency to EUR. This is where
skrooge is no more usable (do not respond to mouse/keyboard, must use 'kill')
