all those bugs share the following characteristics:

Phonon::MediaController::currentAudioChannel() const ()

phonon versions < 4.3 had a bug which has been fixed meanwhile; but because
this occurs with 4.3 as well, I need to investigate once a bit whether this is
a phonon bug or a kaffeine bug (wrong / unlucky usage of phonon functions).
