You may be suprised, but the problem is that shorcuts configuration doesn't
include mouse buttons. If mouse buttons were be included in configuration, the
conflicts between them would be checked.

There is also another problem. When local hotkeys are set, kde checks whether
they conflict with global hotkeys, but not in the other side. If the user sets
global hotkeys using systemsettings, kde doesn't check for conflicts with the
local ones.
